Here are some messages that you can use with the mailer (generic for any business). All you have to do is put your information in the messages. (if you use your own make sure you use the codes that are below)
Also make sure you include the footer with remove info.
First use the file called SAMPLE_LIST.
The list (SAMPLE_LIST) has been formatted for you with the headers at the top of each row.
For example: firstname,lastname, email, address, city, state, zip, phone, optin, ip.
Some leads may not have all this information. You mainly just need the name and email when sending emails. The other info can be used to make the emails more personal.
IMPORTANT NOTE - When using your own leads make sure you add these headers to the top of your lead file in lowercase letters.
firstname,lastname, email, address, city, state, zip, phone, optin, ip.
The messages will not go out correctly if the leads do not have the correct headers in the lead file.
